Established in the year 2000 by visionary entrepreneur Mr. Mahmood VK, our group of companies has grown into a diversified enterprise dedicated to serving communities with excellence, reliability, and innovation.
What began as a small venture ,a small cafeteria in beautiful city of Al Ain has evolved into a thriving network of businesses spanning restaurants, groceries, fruits & vegetables, car care, bike care, and typing and business services in Al Ain , Abu Dhabi. Driven by a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, each of our divisions operates with the same values that founded our journey — integrity, service, and growth.

With a deep passion for Entrepreneurship, Mr. Mahmood V K, from Nadapuram ,Calicut, founded AJWA with a vision to be a trusted, multi-industry leader known for delivering exceptional quality, convenience, and innovation across everyday essentials — from food to technology — while positively impacting communities and enriching lives.
Drawing from his experience in the hospitality industry and a love for global cuisines, AJWA RESTUARENTS brings a unique blend of creativity and operational expertise to the table. Under his leadership, AJWA has grown from one to many in the beautiful city of AL AIN, and also now expanding to ABU DHABI and DUBAI.
With a passion for entrepreneurship and a sharp eye for emerging opportunities, Mr Mahmood has built a diverse business portfolio across key consumer industries.
